Elite Rugby Academy Camps - Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the participation of children in the Elite Rugby Academy Camps ("the Camp") and set out the obligations of parents/guardians ("you") and Elite Rugby Academy ("we" or "us"). By booking a place for your child, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official website or an authorised representative.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations by You:
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of £10.
- Cancellations made 15-30 days before the camp start date will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the camp start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
- Cancellations by Us:
- If the Camp is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, insufficient numbers, or force majeure), a full refund or credit towards a future camp will be offered.
4. Behaviour & Conduct
- We expect all participants to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and fellow attendees.
- Any participant who displays inappropriate, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may be removed from the Camp without a refund.
- Parents/guardians will be responsible for collecting their child immediately if removal is necessary.
5. Medical & Health Information
- It is your responsibility to provide full medical details about your child during the booking process.
- Any medications required during the Camp must be clearly labeled and provided with written instructions.
- In the event of an emergency, we will administer first aid and contact emergency services if necessary.
- You consent to your child receiving medical treatment in an emergency situation.
6. Injury, Liability & Insurance
- Rugby is a contact sport, and while we take every precaution to ensure safety, injuries may occur.
- We accept no liability for personal injury or loss of property unless caused by negligence on our part.
- We strongly advise parents/guardians to ensure their child has appropriate personal accident insurance.
7. Photography & Media Consent
- We may take photographs or videos during the Camp for promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please inform us in writing before the Camp starts.
8. Parental Responsibilities
- You must ensure your child arrives and is collected on time.
- You must notify us of any changes to emergency contact details.
- You must provide appropriate clothing and equipment for your child (e.g., boots, gum shields, weather-appropriate clothing).
9. Data Protection
- We will handle all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
- Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
