Elite Rugby is coming to Brighton & Hove! In the run up to our new Academy opening in September 2026, we are hosting two one day camps to give players a chance to experience our style of coaching and rugby education. Please note if you wish to attend both camps taking place on 26th May and 20th June, you will need to book them individually. The camp is open to boys and girls in squads U12's to U16's and is running from 10am - 3pm. For parents who would like to find out more about the Academy opening in September 2026, we will be hosting a parents talk at the end of camp 3pm - 4pm that you are invited to attend if you wish. All information regarding our programme and camps can be found on our website www.eliterugbyacademy.co.uk Please note the following information prior to booking: - Created for young players age 11-16 - 1 day programme at Cardinal Newman School, Brighton and Hove - Hours are 10am - 3:00pm - Payment is due at the time of booking. Camp notes
CAMP HOUSEKEEPING INFORMATION:
- Drop off is at 9:45am for a 10am start, pick up is at 3:00pm. Players can make their way to the pitch on arrival where our staff will be ready to meet them.
- Parents are invited to attend a parents talk 3:00 - 4:00pm to find out more about our new Elite Rugby Academy opening in Brighton & Hove September 2026.
- Please ensure your player is sent with a packed lunch, snacks and a water bottle to be refilled on site. They will also need a notebook and pen for note taking during our education components.
- All attendees must arrive in clothing suitable for playing rugby. Trainers are appropriate for arrival and we ask your child brings their moulded studs for on pitch time should they have them. Please keep in mind the sun can shine at this time of year so we advise sun cream be applied prior to camp.
- If your child will be coming to and from camp alone, they will need to tell the registration coach when they arrive.

Please note we accept online payments (platform fee applicable), bank transfers (details at checkout) and are able to accept some childcare vouchers.

Refund Policy for Elite Rugby Camps
At Elite Rugby Academy (ERA), we understand that plans can change, so we’ve developed the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness, in line with UK consumer law.
1. Cancellation by the Camp
In the event that the camp or any camp day is cancelled by ERA due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather, instructor illness, or facility issues), we will:
Offer an alternative camp date (subject to availability), or,
Provide a full refund for the cancelled day(s) or camp.
If a prolonged or permanent closure occurs, a prorated refund will be provided based on the number of camp days affected.
2. Cancellation by Parent/Guardian
Notice Provided 14 Days Before Camp Start Date:
If you wish to cancel your child’s place at the camp more than 14 days before the start date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the fees paid, not including any platform fees paid.
Notice Provided Less Than 14 Days Before Camp Start Date:
If you cancel your child’s place less than 14 days before the camp starts, you will be entitled to a 50% refund.
No Refund After Camp Start Date:
Once the camp has commenced, we do not offer refunds for any missed days due to personal reasons (e.g., illness, holidays, or other commitments).
3. Missed Camp Days
ERA does not provide refunds or credits for missed camp days due to illness, holidays, or other personal reasons.
4. Injury or Long-Term Illness
If your child is unable to attend the camp due to a long-term illness or injury (certified by a doctor), we will offer:
A prorated refund for the missed days, or,
A credit toward a future camp at our discretion.
5. Payment of Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the refund request being approved, and will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Please note that childcare vouchers and HMRC Tax-Free Childcare payments cannot be refunded. In such cases, we may offer a credit toward future camps, at the discretion of ERA.
6. Changes to the Policy
ERA reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy. Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians and posted on our website. Refund requests will be handled in line with the policy in place at the time of booking.
